Philadelphia Eagles Recent Developments
Youth Alshon Jeffery Jersey said after practice that it’s “something that’s been going on” but he will “most definitely” play against the Cowboys. Jeffery has 34 catches for 500 yards and five touchdowns this season. He scored two games against the Broncos wholesale jerseys.
The rest of the Eagles’ injury report remained the same from Wednesday as cornerback Womens Ronald Darby Jersey (ankle), tight end Kids Zach Ertz Jersey(hamstring), and cornerback Jaylen Watkins Jersey #26(hamstring) were all full participants. Ertz, who missed the Week 9 win over Denver, said he’s “good to go.”
Ertz said he was ready to go, 100 percent healthy. Able to open up a little bit today, more so than yesterday. A person with knowledge of the situation disclosed Cowboys LT Tyron Smith will not play Sunday (groin). Byron Bell will start instead. What’s more, NFL Network’s Jane Slater reported on Thursday that All-Pro left tackle Tyron Smith will not play against the Eagles. Byron Bell will start in his place. Smith has not yet practiced this week with back and groin injuries. He missed last Sunday’s loss to Atlanta. His replacements, Chaz Green and Bell, struggled and quarterback Dak Prescott was sacked eight times. He had been taken down just 10 times in the team’s first eight contests.
Linebacker Sean Lee appears unlikely to play with a hamstring injury. Starting safety Jeff Heath (concussion) and kicker Dan Bailey (groin) have not practiced this week. Wide receiver Dez Bryant (knee) was a full participant after resting on Wednesday.
the PhiladelphiaEagles.com writer Fran Duffy feels the biggest surprise has to be Patrick Robinson after what we saw from him this summer. After seemingly giving up plays to every receiver on the roster during Training Camp, the veteran and former first-round pick has been solid and steady all season long both inside and outside in the secondary. He’s been the biggest surprise to me. The most improved player has to be Nelson Agholor. Just looking at where he’s come from in the last calendar year (next week will mark a full year since last season’s game in Seattle), he’s been extraordinarily more consistent at the catch point. He’s taken the next step as a route runner. He’s embraced his role in the slot and has been one of the most productive receivers in the league on the inside. It’s been great to see Nelson come into his own.
We definately need to give as much credit to the assistant coaches as we do Doug himself, Duce, Jim, Dave and all the others (Including some other former Eagles a second thing to love about this caoching staff….. so great seeing former Eagles players now as coaches) have all done a tremendous job with this team and their own specific group of players. This team is deep, solid, and playing as one unit. No doubt in my mind this is the BEST and most complete team in the league bar none!
Ton of surprises this year. The play of Patrick Robinson, Rasul Douglas, Jalen Mills, Nelson Agholor, Mychal Kendrick, Big V, Corey Clement, when I said two years ago Doug Pederson was the right coach, it appears that I was right (one of the few times). His assistants are getting the max out of all 53 players cheap jerseys.
